They were knowledgeable and guided us in the right way, particularly around certain key details of the property that we needed to be aware of and watch out for. Also assured us of the timeline to close the mortgage and made sure all paperwork was in place from our end on time. Everything was done over email with only the signing of the deed and contract requiring physical presence in their offices. Joe was also very responsive and answered all my questions whenever I had them. Very good value for money as well. I’d easily recommend them to anyone. I myself am going to use their services now to write my will.

Joe Coonan handled two apartment sales and the purchase of a house for my family in the past few months. Both Joe and Sinead were superb. There were ZERO delays on their side as is evidenced by the purchase of a house which was seen one Saturday and my family moved in 3 weeks 6 days later! The vendors’ solicitor was great too and I think this must be close to a record for conveyancing in Ireland! Sinead and Joe were extremely pleasant to deal with and always took phone calls!! Joe, helped us when trying selling our house just before COVID. He was outstanding. The sale went wrong because, as the first lockdown started, the buyer tried to renegotiate a price that was half of the agreed. Joe was of great support and advised us in the correct way. In the end the house was not sold and we felt we did the right thing in not giving in. Joe did not take any fee from us despite putting a lot of work into the case.
